1. Returns for Change of Mind
We accept returns within 4 days of purchase for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in original condition. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details.
2. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If your product is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act to a repair, replacement, or refund, even if the 4-day period has passed. Please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
3. Conditions
• Items must be returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
• Shipping costs for returns due to change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.
• For defective or non-conforming products, we cover the return shipping costs.
