All orders are subject to acceptance in accordance with our Order acceptance policy below.

We are unable to refund any shipping charges for returned goods under this clause.

Order Acceptance Policy

Contract cancellation
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right no longer than eight working days after the day on which you receive the Products. If your order has already been dispatched please follow the procedure set out in our Returns policy detailed below.
Please note that your right to return Products does NOT apply to Products which fall into the following categories:
Books, CD, DVD, tapes or other recording media, software or videos if their seal is broken.

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered plus delivery charges.

Damaged Goods
Our items are fully guaranteed. If any cartons/boxes are missing or damaged, please note this on the delivery note. If your merchandise or a box has been badly damaged when it arrives, please refuse the delivery. Should you refuse delivery, please contact us immediately. Once the items are returned, we will ship the replacement item(s). You are not responsible for shipping charges on the second delivery.
If any damage is discovered after the driver has left, please keep all the packing and call the shipping company to inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the the shipping company. Any damage should be reported within 10 days.
Defective merchandise will be replaced with a new, identical, item, upon return of the defective merchandise. All damage claims past 10 days will be refused.
Contract cancellation
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right no longer than eight working days after the day on which you receive the Products.
Law
The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England
